About Us
We are a non-profit that is bridging the gaps between the corporate world and the hard streets to combat misunderstanding that cause problems such as but not limited to youth violence in poverty-stricken communities.
Mission Statement:
My2kFoundation exists to protect, empower, and uplift communities through real time safety efforts, youth support, and trauma informed care. We work to reduce violence, strengthen families, as well as create safe, consistent pathways for young individuals to thrive in their communities. We are especially present in communities where safety is not guaranteed.
Vision Statement:
We envision communities where every child can move around safely, every family feels supported, and where every individual has a real opportunity to rise above the adversities presented to them. Our vision is a future where safety, opportunity, and hope are a part of everyday life. We envision community driven care leads to a lasting and impactful change.
